Background
The motivation for this project was to examine how the COVID-19 pandemic led to increased consumer behavior. This led to omnichannel experiences and increasing prices as consumers became more conscious of their savings and spending.
Process
With this newfound information, the team decided to create a roadmap outlining what we needed to accomplish to gather the necessary insights for our process statement, as well as to explain the pivots we made along the way.
Research
Through our development of various exercises, including UX research, personas, customer journey maps, and more, we successfully created a viable solution to assist consumers.
Switch
The app we developed to help customers gain the confidence to shop with minimal assistance is called Switch. It allows users to access cars on the fly through various tiers, providing them with greater flexibility. With the app, we created a Switch dealership that facilitates car switching, test driving, and much more.
